How to Overcome Anxiety With Willpower

Think of it almost like an odds game. Like, are you stacking the deck in your favor or aren't you? And let's say I go to the first tee and I'm feeling anxiety and I tell myself via willpower, just relax or just stop thinking negative thoughts, et cetera. That's creating that disparity with my brain is going to sniff out of, no, you're feeling anxious. Uh oh, that means something's wrong. So what that manifests in is usually poorly executed skills or at least skills executed well below your current skill level.
