Why Is There a Question About Abuse Anyways From Her Psychiatrist?
A common trigger for the symptoms in young women is being in abusive relationships. A psychiatrist are trained to know when you're not telling them the truth. It doesn't seem like, in this case, at least, that Ellen was misleading her. If you were in an abusive relationship and you're really just looking for some sort of help and maybe some medication, maybe you're kind of embarrassed by that.
