Ilyse Hogue: What are some of your thoughts on the use of AI in business that is not necessarily keeping you up at night, but you see as maybe an opportunity to do more with less. She says it's a good way to amplify the team and get smarter and they didn't more create it because AI is also very good at creating new combinations that humans just hadn't thought of. ILYSE HOGUE: We're going to start going down the path immediately is within the next year is on the customer service side. But where I think AI really has the biggest opportunity is for health care.
