The Challenges to Crossover

I think we're going to see some amazing technologies. Insect animal protein for either crushed for humans in sort of some sort of fake burger or going into animal feed. So there's all sorts of technologies coming and some of them won't require many farmers, but the ones where it requires farmers to adopt an implement takes a bit of time. But farmers are really got a lot of ingenuity. I'd like to see both things. Good science from universities, good innovation, and farmers really encouraged to be citizen scientists on their farms.
