Tom, I was reading about some of the work that you've done around personalized recommendations. It has led to a lot of other outcomes, not all customer facing, as well. We are able to see where orders are within ad lie cycles. Tho are able to ind o have better view of how customers are interacting with the sight,. But in terms of onsight behaviour, yet we're able to kind of deliver more relevant content to customers based on what they've shown an interest in before. And crucially, be able to pull that data back into a centralized place to actually deliver morerelevant, more engaging experiences with the customer.
