The Importance of Mentorship
Mentorship is a practice of solidarity, but there are so many other practices of solidarity that you can be doing all the time. Even if you feel, hey, I'm not in a position to mentor, you can always be bringing people's names up in rooms where they are not. You can find a piece of advice and share it with someone else. There is so much to be said about beginning your practice of solidarity the minute you are living life at all.
