I think it's tricky to say, just empower people and let people make decisions. I don't mean to ply that it's solved through a simple exercise. Part of it is building those relationships. Once they saw us in action, saw we built that trust... the leash got longer and longer. And they saw they were able to spend more ime on areas where either they had more experts or they thought, we're more impacful to the business.
