There is no data coming from people who lift weights. The main driver of what kind of tissue we gain during a balk is what's the training stimulus. And so to be extractiny data from people who are not doing any exercise, whatoeveri a huge leap. You're dealing with different starting points as well. Like if someone's either anerecic or they've ah just gone on a total starvation diet, odds are pretty decent that they've lost way, way more lean mass in the process than someone who has had a consistent resistance training stimulus.
