The Shame of Living in a New City
I didn't have a partner at the time. So it was there was less support, especially when you get home sort of lunch and then yeah, your housemates are getting home way later. All your mates are back home. They're doing apprenticeships and, you know, uni or whatever it may be. And it was also just that shame. Like my year 10 teacher had family on Facebook and she was like, hey, don't worry about those people. It was very bad. The real ones were when they would like, it was like a DM. But I find it so easy now because I've always got that person to just go home to and just vent with.
