Cooperation Begets Cooperation
I just love this concept of cooperation is flexible. Like cooperative behavior, our inclination to cooperate is flexible and very environmentally influenced,. And you know, cooperation begets cooperation. I mean, anybody who's had an interaction with somebody they didn't trust knows what this is like. This is why the United States for a long time their foreign policy has been about building institutions in other countries that people can trust.
