Is There a Difference Between Managing and Designing?

The amount of time that you spend doing IC work versus managing can change depending on the level of the people on your team. The biggest benefit has been being able to be the decision maker on a ton of stuff, I love that. And then a low point would be the like lack of margin and like creative space to devote to the Icy work that I still do.
