The Double Edged Sword of the UFC

The UFC has 700 fighters on the roster, 600 fighters. They have to offer them three fights a year or whatever it is contractually. And there's cards where 26 of the 30 fighters had a, came in through the contender series in their last one or two fights. The slump isn't about finding talent that the talent, there are always going to be people who are fairly talented willing to fight for the UFC for 10 and 10. But their problem is more to do with the fact that they don't have enough, no names to put on these cards to make people care.
