The Gift of Delegation
I think as women we try to do all of do it all and we're we put that on our plate. I realized cooking was not my gift and so I gave that up long ago. If you want to grow your company there is no other way except to delegate. It's really a trust factor You have to trust the people that you give the test to Train them teach them show them for a period of time, but then let them do the job So yeah, it freed me up as a as an owner of a company to do what I love to do.
