The Biggest Limiting Belief in Your Life

A few years ago, i went to atony robin's event. And the thing that he did that he took us through at that point was very somier than what you just described. Right when everyone is at their most vulnerable moment, he turns it around and talks about replacing that with the most empowering belief. By the time we were done with that, he brings out the super soaker water guns, and he's up squirting everybody. So again, that was foreign to me. That's getting me out of my comfort zone. But fortunately, i realized that that's exactly what i needed.
