Borders are only real if humans can agree where they belong. In most cases, er, in a peace chasing world, countries do agree on where the borders exist. But in some cases they very much still ar and you only have to look at maybe the border between ethiopia and samalia - it's incomplete. That really is what borders is, tere an imaginary line.
