The son of an upwardly mobile, middle class doctors, one could say that there's definitely a challenge around the social reproduction of the top 10%. They are affecting policy as well. Part of the point of the book is to argue that if that was ever the case, it's definitely not the case anymore and that politics and policy is affecting them and vice versa.
