The Indictment of Donald Trump
The indictment goes to great lengths to say that Trump knew his election lives were false and that he told them anyway. The lie is a big part of the thing here, so this all goes to the crucial and really difficult issue of establishing intent. Prosecutors will have to show in order to support this conspiracy not just the actions but that Donald Trump either knew that he lost or should have turned a blind eye to that fact.
