The Metaphysical Rights of the Classical Liberal Tradition

I was giving an account of rights which could satisfy either tradition but it was grounded in the chem team tradition where there are rights that exist metaphysically and part of why I was doing that. For a large area of the questions we're practically interested in for rights-based approach not all people will agree on how they can treat each other so we're pushing back against the language of rights.
