How a Head Teacher Becomes a Principal

Head teachers are people put in a systemic position to often like deny kids agency. They get hired by the school basically but it's, I don't know if they're that that actually is a good question. It's this person who's like a figurehead to the school, um, who has no personal relationship to you whatsoever. And that's utterly, utterly fucked.
