Carle: Board apes didn't seem to have much of a strategy around trade marks. He says they've submitted applications on maybe seven or eight different dates in the last 18 months. Carle: Could we see like a class action lawsuit comprised of holders who are suing rider for commercial use of those apes? The answer seems to be yes, that's what this suit is about.
