The Cost of Congestion in New York City

A single box truck doing business in New York City can amass tens of thousands of dollars in fines a year. Gurbar: If the city does create loading zones, then if they make it easier for delivery trucks to park, they would lose hundreds of millions of dollars in fine revenue. But I would argue the cost of congestion is greater still.
