The Benefits of a Ketogenic Diet
There was a recent meta-analysis about kidney stones suggesting that they're more common in a ketogenic diet. The idea is, yes, once we have dialysis or a kidney transplant, it would be to increase the protein. But then if you just talk about the general public who might be using a Ketogenic diet for weight loss or treatment of diabetes or whatnot, I think there's really no evidence that that kind of diet works.
