Is There a Genuine Disconnect Between the Department of Energy and the Technology Ready Level?

I feel that there is a genuine disconnect Between where this country is on a technology readiness level and what the department of energy is trying to fund. Am I happy to see large cap companies get a hundred million dollars? No, do I think it's necessarily fair that they get a hundred Million dollars. So When we look at these things together, I see I go back to obama. We had an energy secretary that won a Nobel prize. We had earning monies We had steven chew we had people at the top of the food chain. There were a really understanding Technology readiness levels and understood what america is actually capable of doing. And how do you see that playing out?
