How to Get More Practices in Your Day

If you don't have some book ends, it doesn't have to be perfect, but set some up for yourson and make them achievable. I think a beautiful place for most people as if you could spend 15 minutes doing morning routine, reflection for the day, affirmations for the day - that's 30 minutes at night. But i promise you, you're going otd here better to your nutrition. I would be shocked if you didn't find more happiness. And that's what it i was about, genuinely just being happy. Ye. You're rigt because you start learning how to practize your time better.
