Eric Rudolph set off a nail bomb during the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. The explosion killed one person immediately and left over 100 more were horrifically injured. In a communique claiming responsibility for the bombing, Rudolph denounced the Olympics, abortion, and LGBTQ rights with talking points that seemed ripped right out of Tucker Carlson's nightly news headlines. "The existence of our culture depends on it," says National Abortion Federation President Melissa Fowler.
