The Different Views of Mobile Roblox Ads

Roblox has been talking about launching a whole new ad system that was kind of like a self-serve thing and you could kind of insert. It wasn't going to be experiential so it wasn'tGoing to be like pop up interstitials like mobile games. I've got a silly question on this. So why is it viewed differently than something like a children's television show. Those have ads usually. Why is it this viewed so differently?
