Scarborough - The Battle of Cleveland

With cleveland subdued, hadrata packed up his ships and continued his voyage for about another forty five miles. He came upon the town of scarborough which some historians believe was a scandinavian settlement. Some argue that scarborough actually derives its name from the old english term for the hill with a fort. archaeology has shown that scarborough has indeed been fortified in one way or another for at least 17 hundred years.
