The Tales of Sakura - A Brief History
Tales of ariwara no narihira and the ise monogatadi are one of Japan's most famous tales. The tale was written during the so-called imperial restoration, when scholars focused on japanese literature as more authentic than anything in chinese. Despite its complex nature, i think ity still has a lot of value for people who want to understand Japanese culture.
