The Best Picture of the Winter 96 Season
daylight opened the weekend of December the 6th to the 8th 1996. The number one movie was Disney's live-action remake of a hundred and one Dalmatians on its second weekend where it picked up $13 million day. It wasn't enough to bolster Universal's confidence but perhaps vindicating to a degree universe or confidence in Sylvester Stallone that he could still deliver outside of America this was not a flop 126 million dollars Stallone's name traveled around the world for a total growth of 159 million at box office.
