Is There a Secret Remote Viewing Program?

Operation stargate was a secret psychic spying programm. The russians are certainly doing it, according to Rion's sources. Some researchers in the programme say that there is no secret remote viewing research going on right now. But if i had to roll the dice, i would say, of course they're still investigating it. I mean, obviously my personality is such that i want there to be darpa initiative clandestine stuff happening from our country. And like espionage, if the wl eas do this, it's interesting.
