The Importance of Mental Health in Construction
Construction is one of the worst performing industries for suicides and mental health rates. The industry has a male-dominated culture, long working hours and terrible payment practices. This can lead to poor mental health particularly among men. We're not experts at mental health or diagnosing it or helping people. But we're really good at drawing attention to big issues with our megaphone. It's just spotting the signs and pointing people in the right direction if they need it.
