Do You Need a Decentralized Team for Early Stage Start Ups?
Nathan schneider: Why do you need a centralized team that has control over the venture to have it becompetitive, to have its scale? He says we're in this wild west where we no longer have definitions for what is kind of a co operatively principal digital platform. But at the same time, like much of traditional venture strategy,. they have been majority controlled by a founder early on. And so are these firms able to be more competitive through the decentralization and the fact that you essentially have ten to 20 % of these kind of decentralized platforms?, he asks.
