Functional Programming

Ike: If i didn't know anything about programming, and i were to evaluate the way i would have done things, like an imperative way, versus in a pure functional way, i would end up saying, the pure functional way seems simpler. I can relate to that both sides. This is not appropriate for starting functional programming, but also, once you get into it, it feels so good to work with. That's the paradox. It's weird.
