Is It Better to Use Points Than Points?
A four point move is a very different kind of, I guess, percentage of the total price as to what it is today. It doesn't by using points, doesn't that kind of skew your analysis a bit? Yeah. If someone is doing this from scratch, there's absolutely nothing wrong with using more of a percent basis. In fact, even having more than three states, you know, maybe four or five or six, depending on the market.
