Since I joined Cal State, the megasales, I've been adamant about us spending time with our audience. When I started, we were all working remotely. And while I support hybrid work schedules, our marketing teams need to spend time with our community. We can't write to or tell stories about people we don't know. So I do think that message is getting through.
