"It's always an interesting one i haven't delved enough into it but if you think of hyperbolic oxygen chambers in terms of oxygen is carried in the blood two ways so 98 percent 98.5 percent of oxygen is bound by hemoglobin and normal blood oxygen saturation is between 95 to 99 percent," he says. "If you were to start doing light breathing while you're there okay you're going to be taking this air in but it's a higher concentration of oxygen"
