The Land Redistribution Problem in the Muslim World

Nord Tsuraki executed and imprisoned thousands of Afghans who were bold enough to try to resist his reforms. He pursued this land redistribution program that really angered rural Afghans. This seems to be a recurring theme in a lot of Muslim countries as they try to modernize their lands. It never works mostly because they did it at the tip of a sword or at the barrel of a gun.
