We started tracking impacts, like every week, we have our priming period. We basically sort of start the week and say, well, what happened last week? What's going to happen this week? And how do we kind of set ourselves up to succeed? One of the major discussion points we talk about one of the categories is impact. Being really, really, really good at something is a huge source of meaning.
