The Challenges and Lessons Learned From the Year of the Award
I'm really curious through that not only the year of the award and the build up but all along the way what are some of those challenges that you saw going in that had to be tackled? Well and I have to admit we're still working on some ofThose challenges. So one of the big things is what I just mentioned was our instrument storage. Part of it is I think I don't think I know that we need individual assignments that someone is actually stationed there to be doing that during the course of the shifts. And so we are working on that. By no way was some of our improvements meant to increase staffing but our work volumes have increased so we do need to increase staffing.
