Is There a Difference Between Machine Learning Models and Statistical Analysis?
It's kind of like if you remember years ago people would make stuff that looks Japanese because that was kind of cool. The same thing with machine learning models. They don't have any structural understanding what it is. You know they may be able to tell a cat from the dog 93.2% of the time but they don't know what cats and dogs are. It does feed into the case which is how paz has already got a code for getting parole on crime. Because it doesn't know what people are, or even understand what this stuff is. And so we're having to look at these kinds of things again as part of our research.
