Sanctions Willn't Get You Very Far With Poton

Since 20 14, if you look back on the history of us, sanctions have achieved nothing. It's amazing to me that american policy makers still think they're going to get anywhere with this strategy. We now are in a situation wie, it's up to poten whether he goes to war, and we'll respond with sanctions, and it won't change a damned thing. And that seems to me a sad indictment of how little byden and his team have learnt from their last experiences in government.
