Is the University Bureaucracy the Worst?
I think university bureaucracy is probably the most useless one. I'm a part of them er. Why? Because ecademics are the worst group of people to manage. They smart. And apparently most of the time will not and protected by tin. You can't just sy ote 50 % of your bonus is off. No, you can't do that. Idont say that. In my career, i would work one day with a bank, the next day with pharmaciticals,. The next day with fashion. So i'm used to dealing with different types of decision makers. My sense is that even though these are often the seats of learning where you're supposed to be thinking about
