I always had this theory that With time mental illness is only going to get worse. And it's all about getting real with yourself Prayer council and by the way Do you want to know what they would do with kids that suffered severe mental illness? They would have them take care of animals because it does two things It takes the focus off yourself and it gives you purpose So I was able to when I started helping others and and just being there for others.
