How to Avoid Discrimination With AI
There's so many ways that this software is used. If you are Muslim and want to get up from your desk five times a day to pray in the past, if you were working in an office or, you know, you would just tell your boss like, Hey, this is what I do. And your boss would say, Great, like religious freedom, I love it,. But now they're using technology to monitor all of your 1000 employees. It could be discrimination against your religious affiliation. You and that company will be held liable for that even if they have no idea how that works.
