When is when in the process does this happen? So when are you expecting that somebody is going to be clicking onto this? This is where we start thinking about user journey. If I want to, the chef wants to suggest to substitute ingredient, they're probably going to be doing that as they're going through a recipe that uses that ingredient. That might be a win. And the why? Why would they want to do that? Well, because they want to help out the system and show their expertise.
