I Don't Believe in the Collective Punishment of Russians

i think there are elements that basily look at russia as, you know, just sub human barbarians. And i don't believe in the collective punishment of russians. Also, im just like putten should be, and is thinking about how to create a post conflict settlement with ukranians. Everyone in the west needs to be thinking about how do we re stablish a peaceful coexistence with russian as quickly as possible. That's the only durable way to prevent this from escalating or spreading.
