We've been using the autologous paper rich plasma probably for five years now learned about it on one of our trips overseas to some European soccer teams and English soccer teams. It basically involves is taking a blood sample putting in a centrifuge which very nicely separates particles according to size. And then you can just aspirate the concentrated platelets in the yellow plasma hence the sort of platelet rich plasma known and inject that into areas particularly in areas where there's not a good natural blood supply.
