The Importance of Context in Data Analysis
Some systems might only look at the first code and they think, oh, that was only a minor operation there. The most important thing might be further down. A lot of it isn't actually correct data but we're building procedures based on incorrect data because we're using something that's really not being used for the purpose in which it was designed.
