Is the Universe Really Random?

People have been digging into these apparent loopholes in Bell's experiment and that's one of them like how do we know that the way we constructed the experiment is actually random. So there's no way to transmit information from one to the other unless you do it faster than the speed of light. Every time somebody does one of these experiments somebody goes oh wait but what if have you checked how do you really know? And so they come up with these more and more elaborate systems to try to ensure that the construction of the experiment itself is actuallyrandom.
