The Importance of Collaboration in SCW
It seems like a very large number of IT systems that you have to deal with there when you were first starting out. It's obviously, I imagine one of the biggest challenges that you probably face with SCW is bringing everyone on board and really getting them to be as enthusiastic about technology going forward. Yeah, definitely it's a blast within organization having those experts. They're always looking out for new solutions, new technologies and assessing it. And then we take those ideas to them and they further develop and assess those and tell us what can be done with that particular technology.
